TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:
*- The seller sends the commercial invoice.
*- The buyer signs the CI.
*- Buyer brings his/her designated ship for Seller to load product to enable the performance of DIP TEST immediately.  [Charter-party Agreement /Q*8, and Port Clearance documents presented to Seller]
*- Seller sends the TSR + DTA.
*- SGS does the dip-test at Buyer's expense.
*- Payment by TT-wire, or MT**3 after dip-test (within *2 hours maximum).
*- Seller transfers title to the buyer.
*- Contract signed.
*- RDLC to the Seller.
**-  Delivery of the contract and payment by swift MT**3. And the RDLC remains as collateral to guarantee payment of each shipment
